Full-Carbon Frame and All-Terrain Capability

The Amflow TL Carbon is built around a lightweight, full-carbon frame engineered to balance agility, durability and everyday practicality. Its distinctive full-suspension design provides confidence across a broad range of riding conditions, from rough trails and gravel tracks to urban streets and extended touring routes.

With a carefully considered riding position, low standover height and stable geometry, the TL Carbon is designed to accommodate different riders and riding styles. Its adaptable platform makes it equally suited to adventurous off-road riding and practical everyday use.

Full Suspension Developed with FOX

The suspension system combines a FOX AWL Sport fork with a FOX FLOAT Rhythm rear shock, tuned specifically for the TL Carbon. With 120mm of front travel and 105mm at the rear, it absorbs uneven surfaces, improves traction and helps maintain control over rough ground.

Adaptable Wheel Configuration

The TL Carbon supports 27.5-inch and 29-inch wheels, allowing the setup to be adapted to different riding requirements. The standard configuration uses 27.5-inch wheels, while alternative configurations offer additional flexibility. Wheel changes may require adjustments to the bike's accessories and settings.

Avinox M2 Drive System

At the heart of the TL Carbon is the Avinox M2 mid-drive motor, delivering responsive assistance and substantial torque for steep climbs, loaded riding and demanding off-road terrain.

Powerful and Responsive Assistance

The Avinox M2 delivers up to 125Nm of peak torque, with a rated motor power of 250W. Its five assistance modes and intelligent traction control system help deliver power smoothly, adapting to changing riding conditions.

Intelligent Electronic Shifting

With the compatible factory-fitted electronic derailleur, Avinox SmoothShift coordinates motor output and gear changes to provide smoother shifting under load. The system reduces drivetrain shock and helps protect the chain during gear changes.

Removable Battery and Extended Range

The TL Carbon is supplied with an 800Wh removable Avinox RS800 battery, providing substantial capacity for longer rides and demanding terrain. Its quick-release design makes battery removal straightforward for charging away from the bike or swapping batteries.

Expandable Battery Capacity

The optional 600Wh battery offers an alternative configuration, while the additional 480Wh Avinox secondary battery can increase total capacity to as much as 1,280Wh when paired with a compatible main battery.

Range

Amflow quotes a maximum range of up to 172km (106 miles) from the standard 800Wh battery. The optional 600Wh battery is quoted at up to 124km (77 miles), with the 480Wh secondary battery adding up to 100km (62 miles) under the manufacturer's stated test conditions.

Actual range will vary with terrain, rider weight, temperature, wind, assistance settings and cargo.

Designed for Everyday Practicality

The TL Carbon combines its off-road capability with equipment suited to commuting, utility riding and longer adventures.

Integrated Equipment

Standard equipment includes front and rear mudguards, a rear rack, front and rear lighting, pedals and a water bottle cage. An optional front rack is available for additional carrying capacity.

Touring and Cargo Capacity

The rear rack uses the MIK HD mounting interface, allowing compatible bags and accessories to be fitted. The bike can also accommodate a compatible trailer through the appropriate dedicated thru-axle.

Maximum permitted loads are 20kg for the optional front rack and 27kg for the rear rack. The maximum total system weight is 200kg, including the bike, rider and carried loads.

Connected Technology and Smart Features

The Avinox control system combines a handlebar-mounted display, wireless controllers and smartphone connectivity to make it easier to manage assistance and access useful ride information.

Integrated Control Display

The Avinox DPC100 2-inch OLED display provides access to ride information and system settings. Wireless handlebar controllers allow convenient operation while riding.

Navigation and Connectivity

The Avinox Ride app supports route imports in GPX, FIT and TCX formats, with route guidance and off-course alerts. Connectivity also includes GPS functionality, Bluetooth and over-the-air software updates.

Apple Find My

Apple Find My integration allows compatible devices to help locate the bike and check its reported status.

Smart Heart Rate Control

When paired with a compatible Bluetooth heart-rate monitor, the system can adjust motor assistance in response to the rider's heart rate and selected target zone.
