Amflow PR Carbon: Features and specifications
Full-Carbon Frame and Mountain Trail Performance
The Amflow PR Carbon is built around a lightweight, full-carbon frame engineered for demanding mountain bike riding. Combining strength, rigidity and progressive geometry, its advanced full-suspension platform delivers confident handling across technical climbs, challenging descents and rough terrain.
With a frame weighing approximately 2.9kg, the PR Carbon balances lightweight construction with the strength required for aggressive trail riding. Its carefully developed suspension kinematics and adjustable geometry allow riders to fine-tune the bike to suit different terrain, riding styles and personal preferences.
Fully Adjustable Frame Geometry
The PR Carbon offers an exceptionally versatile geometry adjustment system, with up to 40 possible configurations. Five head angle settings, two bottom bracket height positions and four chainstay length settings allow the bike's handling characteristics to be tailored to individual requirements.
The standard 64.5° head angle can be adjusted by up to one degree in either direction, allowing riders to prioritise stability on steep descents or sharper handling on tighter trails.
Adjustable Chainstay Length and Wheel Configuration
Four chainstay adjustment positions, ranging from 440mm to 452mm, provide additional control over handling and stability. Shorter settings favour agility and responsive cornering, while longer settings improve stability and weight distribution.
The PR Carbon is supplied with a mixed-wheel configuration, combining a 29-inch front wheel with a 27.5-inch rear wheel. The frame also supports compatible 29-inch rear wheel configurations, providing further flexibility.
Full Suspension Developed with FOX
The PR Carbon features FOX suspension developed and tuned for its full-carbon chassis. A 160mm FOX AWL HD Sport fork works alongside a FOX FLOAT Rhythm rear shock, delivering controlled suspension performance across rough and demanding terrain.
The suspension system is designed to maintain traction, absorb larger impacts and provide predictable handling, allowing riders to tackle technical trails with confidence.
Avinox M2 Drive System
At the heart of the PR Carbon is the Avinox M2 mid-drive motor, delivering powerful, responsive assistance for steep climbs and demanding mountain terrain.
The M2 delivers up to 125Nm of peak torque, with a rated power of 250W. Its compact design and sophisticated motor control system provide strong assistance while maintaining a natural and controlled pedalling experience.
The PR Carbon Pro takes performance further with the Avinox M2S drive unit, delivering up to 150Nm of peak torque.
Powerful and Responsive Assistance
The Avinox drive system uses intelligent sensors and advanced control algorithms to deliver smooth, progressive assistance that responds to the rider's input and changing terrain.
Five assistance modes allow riders to select the appropriate level of support, while intelligent Auto mode adapts assistance automatically. Boost mode provides additional power for particularly demanding climbs and obstacles.
Intelligent Electronic Shifting
The PR Carbon features SRAM Eagle Transmission electronic shifting, integrated with the Avinox drive system.
Avinox SmoothShift technology enables gear changes while coasting, allowing riders to select the appropriate gear without pedalling. This is particularly useful when approaching technical features, navigating descents or preparing for sudden changes in gradient.
Removable Battery and Extended Range
The PR Carbon is equipped with an 800Wh removable Avinox battery, providing substantial capacity for extended mountain bike rides and demanding terrain.
Its integrated battery mounting system allows the battery to be removed for convenient charging away from the bike or exchanged for another compatible battery, providing greater flexibility for longer adventures.
Alternative Battery Options
An optional 600Wh removable battery is available for compatible frame sizes, providing an alternative to the standard 800Wh configuration.

Range and Charging
Amflow quotes a maximum range of up to 158km (98 miles) from the 800Wh battery under controlled test conditions.
